The question
How can a practitioner enter an enterprise AI conversation with a useful starting hypothesis, rather than a generic catalogue of AI capabilities?
Why I built it
Industry knowledge is often held by a small number of experienced people. I wanted to make a portion of that starting context usable: workflow candidates, governance questions, and the evidence that helps someone decide where to look first.
The approach
AI Adoption Pathfinder guides the reader from an industry to a workflow, then to a field brief. Insurance provides the initial complete path, with other industries in development. Each workflow brings together its operational anatomy, AI fit, governance boundaries, and questions to calibrate with people doing the work.
A decision made explicit
The unit of analysis is the workflow. The brief connects a candidate use case to its decision owner, constraints, and a proposed 30/60/90-day path. That keeps the conversation close to how the work might change.
What this demonstrates
The project shows how practitioner context can be organized into a repeatable preparation tool. It makes the assumptions behind an adoption conversation visible and gives the next practitioner something concrete to interrogate.
Limits and next questions
This is an independently built workbench, not evidence of a production customer rollout. Scores are directional starting points and require field validation. Coverage varies by industry; expanding it and strengthening calibration remain areas for further work.
