Turn ambiguous AI ambition into defensible decisions: where to automate, where to govern tightly, and where a platform choice will create or destroy leverage.

Prototype and scenario-test before the roadmap calcifies. I use builds, governance models, and workflow experiments to surface risk early instead of debating it in slides.
